After a 2-year hiatus, Wenatchee Valley College Women’s soccer will return for the 2022 season. WVC women’s soccer will be under the direction of Guilherme Ferreira (Coach G), a Brazilian professional soccer coach with over 24 years of experience in diverse countries including Brazil, England, Italy and the United States. Coach G is very excited for the opportunity to break into the collegiate coaching and international student recruitment position at WVC.

Coach G is fluent in Portuguese, Brazilian, Italian and English. His worldwide coaching practice included working with a National Premier Soccer League team, a Premier Arena Soccer League team and a Major Arena Soccer League team in USA along with multiple club soccer assignments in Brazil, Italy and the USA.

Along with assistant coach Felix Son Vu, who also serves as the head Men’s Soccer coach at WVC, Coach G is actively reaching out to local, regional and international prospects to complete the 2022-23 women’s soccer roster at WVC. Scholarships are available to women looking for an opportunity to participate in Wenatchee Valley College’s reinstatement of women’s soccer to NWAC competition.
