Knights score first conference win in 5 set thriller versus Blue Mountain

Wenatchee, WA- While it hasn't been an ideal season in the win column for the Knights volleyball team, Saturday's game showed a glimmer of hope for what is yet to come as the Knights downed visiting Blue Mountain 3-2 at Smith Gymnasium in 5.

Sophomore Kourtney Collins led the way for the Knights attack with 13 kills, while fellow sophomore Ella Renzelman-Catt chipped in 10.  Newcomer Paris Pfiefle dished out 26 assists and Kelsey Clark was exceptional, digging ball after ball to keep the Knights side of the floor clean and generating new opportunities for attack.

The Knights will host Columbia Basin College Wednesday and look to push the winning streak into the second half of the conference season.
